Mental Health Awareness Month!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we want to help #breakthestigma with knowing how to begin having those conversations with our team should they ever need support.

This year we were excited to once again gather as a team + families at T-Mobile park to watch our Seattle Mariners. This event is a fun one to share with those that work so hard for our company, its a time we take an early afternoon, grab our gloves, the family and head to the Stadium. This tradition roots into our belief that people matter, that getting outside of the office to highlight everyone's commitment and dedication to what we do. Evolution has a team that continuously supports, respects, and learns from each other, which is shown in the success of our projects. Since both physical and mental health is the top priority in-house, it allows us to live our lives outside of work and in return creates a respectful and prosperous work environment.

Mental Health America shares more about the Mental Health theme, "Back to Basics." After the last two years of pandemic living, many people are realizing that stress, isolation, and uncertainty have taken a toll on their well-being. The goal is to provide foundational knowledge about mental health & mental health conditions and information about what people can do if their mental health is a cause for concern.
